Greetings,
Here is the patch rundown for v1.1.9.

Changes

• Players will now be able to view their party members' IP-based drops in the system chat.
• The Boss list in the Loot Tracker window has been reorganized.
• Shards are now dropping again in Easy Mode for the following dungeons:
  • Ankou's Asylum
  • Kalgas Cave
  • Hollowvale Forest
  • Terrenrial
• The price of Molten Metal has been reduced from 3,000 to 2,000 Red Chips.
• The "Monarchy Bliss" meter has been added:
  • This meter tracks how many Monarchies a player has activated, and rewards them accordingly upon reaching certain caps.
  • It is possible to consult your progress and the rewards via Start->Custom Content->Monarchy Bliss.
  • Upon obtaining the last reward, the meter will reset. This means all rewards are obtainable multiple times.

• The SFX played upon a monster spawning has been disabled in the Twisted Lands.
• The Hero Grade Talent window will no longer close when walking.
• The times for Secret Room have been changed to 1 hour earlier, as this was overlooked during Daylight Saving Time changes. New times are the following:
  • Wednesday: 18:00
  • Saturday: 14:00

[PvE] Balance Changes

• Twisted Lands
  • The safe zone at the entrance has been enlarged.
  • Monsters should no longer spawn inside of the safe zone. This is the intended behaviour, which was not working properly.
  • Monsters will no longer walk inside of the safe zone.
  • All Monsters' aggressive behaviour has been disabled if the target player is within the safe zone.
    • Please note this does not apply in the case a player attacks the monster.
    • Additionally, if another player gets killed by monsters, said monsters are still able to select a player within the safe zone as their next target.
  • The reset (chase) range for all monsters inside of the Twisted Lands has been doubled (80m to 160m).
  • The global amount of monsters has been lowered.
  • Difficulty between waves will now be ramping up much faster.
  • All rewards have been updated and adjusted for the changes.
• Onima's Cave
  • The Shield amount that [Ice Demon] Eva receives when she starts summoning crystals has been reduced.

Bug Fixes

• Corrected an issue causing Missions to not be affected by the bonus Penya Rate from events.
• Logging out and back in during the Twisted Lands should no longer cause the leaderboard overlay information to be lost.
• System messages sent by Twisted Lands will now be sent only to participants instead of everyone in the world.
• It is no longer possible to use "Scroll of Unbind" on items that do not have an unbind counter.
