Here is the patch rundown for v1.1.8c.

[Speed Cluster] Changes

• The general upgrading rate for armors, weapons, and shields, has been increased for +9 and +10 upgrades.
• The Drop Rate of Epic and Legendary items has been increased.
• All 130 Normal Mode dungeon bosses will now drop 3 random Shards.
• All 130 Hard Mode dungeon bosses and final Raid bosses will now drop 5 random Shards.
• The Drop Rates for Frostic Caverns, Etherild, and Dracfield, have been increased.
• The Drop Rate of Lightning Card (7%) has been increased. This applies to World Bosses and global loot table.

[PvE] Balance Changes

• Onima's Cave
  • Eva's Curse timer has been reduced from 18s to 10s.
  • The casting duration for Eva's "Sacrifice: Preparation" has been increased from 4s to 6s.

Bug Fixes

• Corrected a bug causing Vein Cut to not decrease the damage dealt as intended.
