Here is the patch rundown for v3.2.4.

Changes
 

• Fixed the NPC quest emote bug.
• You can now highlight stats in the awakening window.
• You can now edit your vendor without having to redo it entirely.
• Fixed multiple shop finder bugs. Please report any additional bugs you encounter.
• Monarchies can now be used even if the buffs are sitting at 21 days. Due to limitations in Flyff's buff system and the need for a complete recode to increase the cap, the buffs won't add to the duration but will contribute to filling up your Monarchy Bliss meter.
• Removed the Quantum Extractor.
• Decreased the PvP skill modifier of Rapid Fire from 0.297 to 0.25.
• Decreased the PvP skill modifier of Burster Salvo from 0.532 to 0.51.
• Decreased the PvP skill modifier of Cosmic Hail from 0.518 to 0.467.
